The Kenya Disease Free Zones Programme is both a strategy for revitalizing animal agriculture and promoting livelihoods as well as an economic flagship project. It is formulated in line with the Strategy for Revitalizing Agriculture (SRA) 2004 – 2014, Kenya Vision 2030 and National Livestock Policy.
