Kenya At The "15th African Food, Music And Handicrafts Festival"

The Honorary Consulate of Kenya in Greece was again this year present at the "15^th African Food, Music and Handicrafts Festival" that the African Embassies and Honorary Consulates accredited to the Hellenic Republic organize each year in collaboration with the Communities. The Festival was held on the 21^st and 22^nd of May 2016 at the premises of the Moraitis School, a well known private school in Athens.

The participating African countries showcased and promoted the rich and diverse African culture and heritage including cuisine, handicrafts, music, dance and fashion show. The African kiosks offered visitors a chance to acquaint themselves with the customs of each country and also the opportunity to taste and enjoy various African cuisine and drinks.

Funds raised from the Festival will be donated to charity.
